Take these 5 easy steps and get your weight loss game on:
1. Cut down on the booze:
We know that drinking alcohol for many people is a daily ritual, that is, they drink several times a week. But if you’re feeling bloated and bloated every time you do, you must cut down on the booze. If you do so, you will automatically reduce your intake of calories and carbs, as alcohol is a major source of calories and carbs. So, the trick is to drink in moderation. If you are feeling extremely bloated after a heavy dinner, try a glass of sparkling water and that’s all you need to complete your night.
2. Do warm water swimming
If you’re active, it’s crucial that you put your body through various sweating sessions. Swimming is one of the easiest, fastest and most effective ways to achieve weight loss in less than 30 minutes. However, to get the best results, do not go for a 30-minute session every day. Take your time to warm up and perform a few exercises. Also, make sure that you perform a brisk walking warm up, taking brisk walk, jogging and running for 30 minutes.
3. Eat peanut butter, instead of chocolate and nuts:
Nuts and chocolate are very high in fat, so, if you’re craving chocolate, you can indulge in a glass of milk or a few pieces of biscuits. But if you really want to shed some kilos, opt for a plate of peanut butter. The fat content in peanuts is low. This makes it a calorie-free food that helps in burning fat and losing weight.
4. Replace oily and greasy food with healthy alternatives:
We all know that cooking oil is one of the major sources of fats and calories. This is why you must understand the role of fat in losing weight and how you can improve the body’s metabolism. Fat helps in getting rid of belly fat and weight, both of which play a major role in losing weight. So, if you feel hungry in the morning, go for a peanut butter and an apple instead of oily coffee or a glass of yoghurt and honey. You can have your oatmeal with some milk.
5. Make a commitment to workout regularly:
A new year is supposed to bring fresh starts and you can exercise and lose weight like crazy this year. Before that, you must make a commitment to work out at least 5 days a week, including two workouts on weekends. Avoid any variation of workouts. For example, if you prefer jogging, you can jog a different route. However, keep the duration of jogging in the range of 45 minutes to an hour. This way, you are sticking to your workout.
