| How to remove belly fat faster? |
The stress of bingeing and shunning moderation has literally made me gain weight.
Getting in shape is a difficult and sometimes tedious job, but one that I'm willing to get my ass in gear for.
I'm going to post an exercise program that I've come up with for a couple of popular moves that you'll see on the BellaBody workout videos, and I'll give you the basic moves you need to do, and how to do them.
When I say I've gained weight, I mean 20 pounds.
I am now seriously out of shape and I want to get into shape and be able to move around a bit again.
So here's the plan.
On the day I decided to start on a better plan of eating and fitness, I will workout for an hour.
I am aiming for about 2 hours.
As I'm starting from square one, it will take me about 15 minutes to get ready, and that includes showering, putting on clothes, grabbing a snack and water, and walking out the door.
When I get to my destination, I will put on my headphones and put on a workout playlist.
I need to have my mind busy, my body busy, and I need to have my heart pumping and moving.
When I'm done, I will finish the workout with a similar playlist, and I will walk for another 45 minutes.
Since I have access to a treadmill at work, that will be the most time I can put in on my own.
There are so many benefits to exercising.
One of them is that it keeps your heart healthy, as well as your body, because of the blood flow to your heart.
This also makes your body stronger, because you're doing more exercises in less time, building muscle.
The breathing and stress relieving effects is the biggest bonus.
I have come to learn, that the more stressed I get, the less I'm able to function.
Exercising is a great way to handle your stress.
Studies have shown that those who exercised regularly, showed improvement in both symptoms of depression and symptoms of anxiety.
The thing that I need to be cognizant of is that I am only going to try this for 3 weeks.
I need to think about my health, and how this might affect it, and if I want to get into the habit of working out 5 days a week.
I know I will have moments when I think about why I'm doing this, or what's it going to take to be in shape, or whether I can take a day off because of a headache or whatever else is going on in my mind,
but I'll push it out and remind myself that I want to feel better.
I want to be happy, I want to live more than just exist.
I can't live this way, I can't keep letting the weight build, I can't let it get so out of hand that it requires me to have to buy a whole new wardrobe.
I'm in a financial predicament with student loans that I need to address and I don't have the luxury of taking a break from that.
All that being said, I'm excited to begin this journey and to keep my mind busy for my hour at the gym.
I hope you'll join me!
You can follow along with me, if you like, on Twitter or Instagram, as I'll be posting updates both there, as well as on this blog.
